What we will not do is quote a bathroom over the phone, because the cost sits in the pipework and the making good rather than in the fittings, and neither of those can be judged from a description.

We are happy to supply and fit, and equally happy to fit fittings you have bought, though we will tell you honestly if what has been bought is not up to the job or is going to need extra work to make it fit. On commercial washrooms we will usually push for heavier duty fittings than the domestic equivalent, because the cheap version simply does not survive the use.
